Strategic Growth Lead

A seasoned professional is sought to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented executive with a strong background in institutional banking and a well-established network of senior decision-makers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across corporates, financial institutions, and government-linked entities.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Business Heads), delivering tailored transaction banking solutions.
  • Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform solution development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in cash management, trade finance, supply chain finance, corporate lending, and digital payments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across Relationship Management, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Lead initiatives in thought leadership and pipeline development to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the organization at key industry events and forums, positioning it as a thought leader in transaction banking.
