Role Overview

The APAC Vice President will drive market success for CRM products, built on a leading Service Management platform. This role supports the strategy and solution win for the CRM engagement model, with responsibilities varying by solution and coverage capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead an APAC growth strategy, leveraging vertical and horizontal sales strategies.
  • Manage and lead a team of three to five 1st line CRM Solution Sales managers, who have five to seven individual contributors (Senior Solution Sales Managers).

This role requires a strong leader who can drive growth and develop high-performing teams. The successful candidate will possess expertise in CRM and sales, along with exceptional leadership skills.

A key aspect of this role is driving business results through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be able to balance short-term goals with long-term vision, ensuring sustained growth and success.
