Scheduling Coordinator

The Installations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing scheduling for builders, ensuring timely completion of installations. This position works closely with the technical team, logistics team, and sales manager to coordinate appointments and manage install teams.
- Confirm future availability of install teams to meet call-up dates.
- Schedule appointments for the week or day, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Recruit electricians nationally, focusing on VIC & NSW regions to expand the installation capacity.
- Liaise with installers, builders, and site supervisors via phone and email to facilitate smooth project execution.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent organisation, and prioritisation ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region is preferred, with the ability to commute to Byron Bay office Monday-Friday.
About the Ideal CandidateWe are seeking someone with 2+ years relevant experience in construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM). The ideal candidate should possess strong charm and persuasion skills to negotiate and influence effectively. Proficiency in using tech-savvy tools and commercially astute approach are also essential.
Bonus points for experience dealing with contractors or trades, negotiating trading terms or contracts, Salesforce experience, or proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel.
