
Service Coordinator

As the Service Coordinator, you'll work alongside our project managers, trades team, and clients to schedule jobs, manage admin and report documentation, and keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule electrical service jobs across various sites in the job management system.
- Monitor technician job progress to allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure field staff provide all required project documentation to meet industry compliance standards.
- Procure materials, liaise with suppliers, and manage delivery logistics.
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring customers are kept informed of schedule changes.
- Carry out induction submissions and client portal registration where required.
- Submit electricity distribution network provider applications and work requests.
- Create and trade Small Scale Technology Credits in specified online portal.
- Handle invoicing and quoting.
- Maintain documentation including job folders and reports.
- Support Project Manager with all allocated tasks to successfully complete the installation of commercial projects.
Report to: Director and Project Manager
The successful applicant will ideally have
- Electrical or construction industry experience – either onsite or in admin/support roles.
- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
- Well-presented and highly organized with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of commercial electrical processes, solar, or trade background.
- Valid Driver's License (must have).
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- A "can do" and proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience with Simpro and/or ServiceM8 is an advantage.
