As a Schedule Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and adjusting caregiver schedules daily to ensure clients receive the support they require. You will coordinate with caregivers and clients, fill last-minute shifts, and maintain scheduling software to keep everything running efficiently.

This fast-paced role demands flexibility, strong communication skills, and working a rotating roster including one night and one weekend per month. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy problem-solving, you'll be an excellent fit.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with scheduling or rostering, particularly in healthcare or community services. They must have strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to excel in a high-volume environment.

About this Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to create and maintain fortnightly schedules for our caregivers. The successful candidate will handle last-minute changes, communicate clearly with caregivers and clients, and utilize scheduling software to optimize efficiency.

The Schedule Coordinator will work closely with our team to provide exceptional support to seniors and their families. This is a permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week, offering a supportive team environment.

  • Create and maintain fortnightly schedules for caregivers
  • Handle last-minute changes and fill shifts as needed
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients
  • Utilize scheduling software to optimize efficiency
  • Work a rotating roster, including 1 night per week and 1 weekend day per month
