At Kinetic, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator Charter Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional charter and event transport solutions across the region.In this admin-heavy coordination role, you'll be the central link between clients, drivers, operations, and support teams – ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
While there is a touch of sales involved, the main focus is on admin, communication, and service delivery.What you'll be doing:Coordinating charter bookings and schedules with internal teamsLiaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver smooth, timely transportSupporting the Sales Manager with reporting and growth initiativesEnsuring all documentation and details are accurate and up to dateAttending industry events and meetings to maintain relationshipsWhat you'll bring:Experience in admin, coordination, or customer serviceStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple prioritiesA proactive, team-focused attitudeWhy join us?
