Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented coordinator to join our team.

  • Coordinating charter bookings and schedules with internal teams
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver smooth, timely transport
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with reporting and growth initiatives
  • Ensuring all documentation and details are accurate and up to date
  • Attending industry events and meetings to maintain relationships
Key Responsibilities:

Job Description: As a coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services. This includes coordinating charter bookings and schedules with internal teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting the Sales Manager with reporting and growth initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
