Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Manager

The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the development and execution of civil infrastructure and services coordination for industrial, retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role involves working closely with the Senior Development Manager and will be responsible for the commercial outcomes of infrastructure delivery, meeting development objectives on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feasibility Studies and Planning: Contribute to undertaking feasibility studies, risk identification, and assessment of alternatives.
  • Infrastructure Delivery: Manage planning, design, stakeholder, engineering, and legal issues, including preparation and lodging of Development Applications.
  • Infrastructure Construction: Manage the delivery of infrastructure construction projects within time, cost, and quality parameters, including tendering, selection, appointment, management, and reporting.
  • Integrated Construction Program: Understand and manage an integrated construction program, including the masterplan, infrastructure delivery, and coordination with the broader public realm of the estate.

About You:

We are seeking a professional who can develop a professional and respected relationship within the team and externally with industry bodies, state and local government, service agencies, contractors, and peers. The ideal candidate should have design or civil engineering project management experience in industrial, retail, residential, or commercial sectors, with demonstrated effective relationship skills and tertiary qualifications in civil or environmental engineering or construction management.
