We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional with a strong background in employment relations to join our growing team at Peninsula.

About the Role

In this unique position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and best practices to clients.
  • Partner with clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks, and policies.
  • Stay ahead of changes in employment law and advise clients on their impact.

As an Expert Employment Relations Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business community in Australia. You will work closely with our clients to provide tailored solutions to their employment needs, and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Requirements
  • A minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role.
  • A proven ability to resolve complex ER issues with empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, access to industry-leading employee relations resources, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
