We are seeking an experienced Employment Relations expert to join our internal team as an HR Adviser. This role will involve working directly with multiple stakeholders within the business across a variety of complex employment relations matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires you to work closely with various departments to ensure consistency of service and technical advice. Your primary focus will be on providing expert ER support to the business, ensuring they remain compliant with relevant legislation.
- Provide internal ER support to the business, addressing complex matters across various industries
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality relationships
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in Employment Relations, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity
- In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and related legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
