The role of an Employee Relations Consultant at Johnson & Johnson in Australia and New Zealand offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading global healthcare provider. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract, providing a chance to gain extensive experience in employee relations.

This position will be responsible for providing expert support to employees and key stakeholders across the region. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR business partners on all employee-related issues, serving as a subject matter expert on employee relations matters. Key responsibilities include advising and managing complex employee relations cases, reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance, drafting employment documentation, and supporting employee relations project work.

To be successful, you will have gained extensive experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating excellent communication skills at all levels within our matrix business. You will also have a history of developing strong business partnerships and collaborating effectively. Relevant qualifications in Industrial Relations, Law, or Commerce are essential, along with a track record of experience in HR or Employee Relations within Australia and/or New Zealand.

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000-$120,000 AUD per annum, depending on your level of experience.
