The Role: Key Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced IR Specialist to lead our Workplace Relations strategy, serving as the subject matter expert on Industrial Relations within the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating Enterprise Agreements, Collective Agreements, and Greenfield Agreements
  • Representing the company in employment-related jurisdictions, including the Australian Fair Work Commission and the New Zealand Employment Court

You'll work closely with our Head of People & Culture Business Partnering to ensure all employment matters are managed effectively.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Business or Law
  • At least 7 years' experience in a senior Industrial relations role
  • Strong knowledge of employment-related legislation
  • The ability to build trust and influence without direct authority
  • Prior experience working in a large, complex blue-collar organisation

Salary Estimate: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
