About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Carsales. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Support Sales Growth Strategies
    • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement sales growth strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide sales teams with the training and tools they need to hit their growth goals.
  • Improve Sales Processes and Training
    • Identify and execute improvements to sales training, processes, and strategy to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Build Sales Capability and Effectiveness
    • Work closely with sales leaders and teams to build the capability and effectiveness of our sales organization.
    • Develop and implement programs to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Proven leadership experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer outcomes.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning
    • Ability to develop and implement sales growth strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sales teams, leaders, and customers.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
