About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Carsales. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Support Sales Growth Strategies
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide training and tools to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Improve Sales Processes and Training
    • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Build Capability and Effectiveness of Sales Teams
    • Work with sales teams to develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving
    • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
