Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales Content And Enablement

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Content And Enablement to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales content and enablement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our sales process and customer needs to create effective sales content and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to develop sales narratives, sales content, and training programs that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Own the development of our Afterpay B2B positioning and value proposition, and create compelling B2B brand storytelling to convince merchant partners to choose Afterpay.
  • Partner with sales, account management, B2B marketing, and product teams to align enablement programs with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives, using data to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in sales enablement and content development.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to develop compelling sales narratives and sales content.
  • Experience working with data and insights to craft sales narratives and drive business growth.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating strong and customized RFP submissions and sales content.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing goals and objectives, and be effective in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
