Sales Enablement Coordinator

About the Role:
The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the APJ Operations team, partnering with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to drive success within the geo they support. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations and work closely with the COO and all other parts of Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales process and sellers in facilitating account and opportunity accuracy
- Ensure Data Quality and Integrity of data
- Handle basic administrative functions within Salesforce, including account maintenance and other routine tasks
- Research new Account Requests
- Work with Partner Operations to ensure Deal Registrations are expedited with accuracy
- Play a support role in the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of sales team activities, including QBRs, forecasting, pipeline generation, planning, and opportunity management
Requirements:
- Complete regular Salesforce system audits
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping guide our sales organization to outstanding sales practices and improved execution
- Act as a Salesforce superuser to business partners, ensuring they understand how to use the system and where the enablement materials are located
- Collaborate with the COO of APJ on territory planning
- Complete assigned responsibilities on time and with extremely high quality and attention to detail
- Actively work with sales, revenue, and other cross-functional teams as needed
- Assist with Salesforce/ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Sales or Business Operations experience in a high-growth technology company
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Office Applications and knowledge is a must
