Senior Director, Claims Enablement

Comcare is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Claims Enablement to lead the enabling functions of the Claims Management Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across all facets of Claims operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement performance strategies to enhance performance and maintain high standards of claims management.
- Lead the delivery of effective and efficient operational processes.
- Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Lead efforts to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive, senior directors, and directors across various teams to align goals, share best practices, and implement improvement practice.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading enabling functions, performance improvement, continuous improvement, and/or quality assurance in an operational context.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
- A competitive salary range of $149,044 to $169,128 per annum plus 15.4% super.
