Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Client Partnership Executive to join our Independent Agencies team. As a key member of our sales force, you'll play a crucial role in shaping sales strategies, creating custom solutions, and fostering lasting relationships with major accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Strategise the establishment and maintenance of major account relationships, ensuring personal sales targets are met.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies.
  • Client Relationships: Fostering strong client relationships to maximise revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Presentation and Communication: Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our client solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with sales management to devise sales strategies & solutions for national/major accounts, contributing to the identification of target accounts and opportunities aligned with company strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Ensure proposals are aligned with client objectives and showcase the unique benefits of our solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
  • Report Generation: Generate regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Experience: 3+ years' experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth.
  • Needs Assessment: Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Account Growth Strategies: Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Custom Solutions Design: Experience in designing custom solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Pain Point Identification: Ability to understand client requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Salary Range Estimate: $100,000 - $200,000 AUD
