As a key member of the Calico team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-profile clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office as well as regular in-person client meetings. The remaining time will be spent working from home.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering open communication and ensuring their needs are met through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights will be essential in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through active listening and effective communication
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop targeted solutions to meet their goals
