Key Responsibilities

Based at our Archerfield office, you will be responsible for allocating work to our owner drivers in a timely manner. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, addressing driver issues, and communicating with our customer service team to ensure seamless client satisfaction.

Our modern dispatch system allocates work to drivers via handheld PDAs, making it essential to have experience with courier fleets, managing off-site vehicles, and dealing with trucks and truck drivers.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current experience as a fleet controller or dispatcher is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Queensland.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with courier fleets, managing off-site vehicles ranging from 1-tonne vans to semi-trailers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-first environment.
  • Adaptability, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
