Job Title: Operations Coordinator

This is a mid-senior level role responsible for scheduling and coordinating all maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks by priority and asset criticality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate purchase orders for scheduled works
  • Procure inventory for scheduled works
  • Process invoices accurately and on time
  • Closely manage Maximo backlog aging reports
  • Work closely with management to manage team rosters and schedules
Requirements:
