OverviewJoin to apply for the Operations Coordinator role at InvoCare.InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Coordinator you will coordinate funeral operations to InvoCare quality standards by:Assessing ongoing daily work requirements and coordinating operational activitiesResponding flexibly to match client needs with available resources and carry out Funeral Arrangers' special requests and service innovations as instructed by client familiesPreparing and monitoring documentation including staff rosters, daily work schedules, staff records, funeral documents and timesheetsRespond appropriately to requests, concerns, complaints and unforeseen circumstancesCoordinate and direct funeral teams to accurately follow instructions aligned to the funeral arrangementsMonitoring workplace and operational issuesPromoting funeral practices and InvoCare service delivery standardsQualificationsSupervisory experience in a service-driven organisation or the ability to learn quicklyBe at ease working with grieving families and the deceasedThe ability to balance supervisory responsibilities and the need to work closely with management with funeral responsibilities and working with other staffPlan, organise and conduct an event so that it runs smoothly within timelinesStrong customer service ethos and commitment to service deliveryGood attention to detail and the ability to follow directionSensitivity, along with a comfort to circumstances involving grieving peopleIn a fit state of physical and psychological health to be able to adequately perform manual handling, manage stress and carry out the inherent requirements of the positionBenefitsReward and recognition programsTailored induction and training programsWell designed and fitted out locations with the latest facilities to assist in providing an exceptional client family experienceNetworking opportunities across the business and with peersBirthday and paid parental leaveFree access Employee Assist ProgramAnnual family day social eventsHow to ApplyInvoCare is proud to provide our employees with a quality work environment and opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
