Reporting to the Operations Team Manager, the Operations Coordinator will oversee all Back of House aspects, including coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services roles.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and complete all repair and service orders promptly, meeting Tiffany & Co. quality standards using established procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally, ensuring high-resolution standards.
Utilize consultative selling and product knowledge to foster ongoing customer relationships and confidence.
Provide exceptional customer follow-up to support client relationship development.

The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of retail stock management/inventory experience, preferably in jewelry.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
