Project Director for Construction Projects

Our client is a leading project management consultancy with an established pipeline of projects across various sectors.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our successful team based in Sydney. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Managing regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinating design development and stakeholder engagement.
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Managing health and safety on site and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Overseeing program management and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Administering contracts and managing variations and design changes.
- Managing budgets and costs associated with project delivery.
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a client-side project management role, with experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven end-to-end project management skills, including experience in program management, timeline management, and critical path analysis.
- Experience in managing projects across various sectors, including commercial fit-outs.
