At Dennis Family Corporation, we are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager Lead to spearhead the delivery of complex IT projects within the construction industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes project scoping, planning, execution, and closing.

We require a strategic leader who can develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Establish and enforce project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Hybrid.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes for software and hardware implementations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience managing IT projects in both software and hardware domains, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong background in applying project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Hybrid, and using tools like ServiceNow.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of construction industry processes and how IT solutions can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software implementations, and system integrations.
