About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to optimize performance and minimize risks.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative working environment and promote professional growth.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Document project decisions, processes, and outcomes to maintain a clear audit trail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing IT projects in the software and hardware domains, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong background in applying project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Hybrid, and utilizing tools like ServiceNow.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable, while PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is also highly sought after.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • In-depth understanding of construction industry processes and how IT solutions can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software implementations, and system integrations.
