Steel Dale Industries Pty Ltd. is a fully Australian owned heavy engineering and manufacturing company based in Western Australia.
We deal in various heavy steel fabrication (Mechanical / Civil and Structural), Project Engineering and management, commercial constructions project, pipe fabrication, design engineering, etc.
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to handle various projects and assist project team at different project stages. As a Project coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of project deliverables from start to finish.

- **Salary **:$88,000
**Skill and experience**:
- Diploma or Higher qualification in Engineering, Project management preferred
- At least three years of experience as Project administrator / coordinator role.
- Experience in Project control and scheduling.
- Ability to interact effectively with project team and liaise with various departments within the company.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills across the Microsoft package
**Key responsibilities**:
- Assist the project management team with administrative activities.
- Review and monitor project variation and communicate to Project manager and associated team members.
- Assist with reporting on project progress.
- Raising of purchase order and purchase requisition.
- Maintain record and documentation of project paperwork and other correspondences
- Liaise with Project manager and key project team and keep them informed about project goals.
- Advising Project manager and key project team on matters requiring escalation and attention
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
- Complete and follow up on subcontractors work orders
- Validation of supplier invoice and subcontractor claims.
- Provide support to managers and associated team when required.
- Review and update existing documents and project plan.
- Coordination and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes
- Creating and maintaining action list trackers and following up to close out actions.
- Monitor, distribute and track correspondence from subcontractor / consultant’s and clients from receipt to close out.
- Prepare report on program status and submit to higher management team.
