  • Oversee project safety and environmental aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, advising on options to stay within budget and achieve financial targets.
  • Chair project/site meetings, facilitating discussions and decision-making among clients, consultants, and contractors.

About You:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field such as Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including proficiency in Primavera software.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong report and bid writing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results for clients.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
