Innovation and Training Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation and Training Coordinator to join our team in Sydney for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This part-time position requires a 3-day workweek.
The Innovation and Training Coordinator will lead, implement, support, and report on BESIX Watpac's Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate, implement, and report on the Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program projects undertaken in NSW by BESIX Watpac.
- Consult and provide support to stakeholders involved in the program, including State Government, staff, subcontractors, clients, and external facilitators.
- Implement training needs and initiatives to support nationally accredited outcomes.
- Manage, coordinate, support, and attend internal workshops.
- Manage training and compliance outcomes in accordance with the Program.
- Consultation with key stakeholders to support training initiatives across the project.
- Maintain, implement, and report on project outcomes.
Qualifications
The incumbent of this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Prior experience in delivering and administering training requirements.
- Strong organisational and presentation skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Sound consultation skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
