Cloud Training Program Manager - Innovation and Excellence

We are seeking a talented Cloud Training Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Sydney. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving innovation and excellence in cloud training initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Implement and manage high-quality training programs for AWS Support teams worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service teams, subject matter experts, and Operations Managers, to design and develop training content.
  • Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and effective online, classroom, or blended learning experiences.
  • Oversee the development of exercises, tutorials, job aids, and assessments to support training goals.
  • Manage New Hire Onboarding processes, ensuring seamless registration, logistics, and system permissions.
  • Monitor assessment, survey, and operational data to inform ongoing needs analysis and drive process improvements.

About You:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Excel, and experience in building processes and schedules.
