About the Role

The Customer Experience Trainer plays a vital role in empowering our customers to get the most out of our platform. This involves delivering engaging training sessions, working closely with new and existing clients to understand their specific needs and goals.

This is a unique opportunity to be a key point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to address customer questions and challenges, providing tailored support to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training experiences that cater to diverse customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized training content, ensuring it aligns with customer business objectives
  • Manage customer training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and reporting
  • Proactively identify and address customer pain points, driving continuous improvement in our training offerings
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering training experiences, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience in customer training, customer success, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to assess customer needs and adapt training materials accordingly, ensuring relevance and effectiveness
