Key Performance Indicators
  • Motivate and guide sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team objectives

  • Set sales targets and supervise the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximise an organisation's sales and customer loyalty
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers, suppliers, stakeholders, shopping centres, and external media agencies
  • Coordinate and manage brand & marketing communication effectively
  • Create, plan, and produce high-quality and engaging content for all channels and different mediums, and create multiplatform advertisements
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven Sales and Marketing experience, knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing methods, and a strong work ethic, self-starter, and ability to work with minimal supervision. A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar is required, as well as experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce and/or Mailchimp, Project Management platforms such as Trello and/or Asana, and website management and/or development on a Word Press platform. Experience using Canva or similar design software is also essential.

Benefits

The Sales and Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work with a well-established National Discount Retailer with a head office based in Maryland, NSW. The role offers ongoing training and development, career progression potential, and an annual salary range between $80,000 - $90,000 + Super paid for knowledge and experience.
