Unlocking customer loyalty is a crucial aspect of any business.
The RoleWe're seeking a commercially savvy and data-driven Customer Loyalty Analyst who can drive growth through customer-centric strategies.
- Own and manage the customer data platform to drive segmentation, personalisation, and campaign performance
- Analyse customer behaviour, loyalty metrics, and commercial data to identify opportunities for growth
- Design loyalty programs that deliver exceptional customer experiences
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop compelling campaigns and drive subscriber growth and engagement through customer-first strategies.
You'll be responsible for reporting on key metrics such as CRM-driven revenue, database health, CAC, LTV, CCR, and engagement.
What Success Looks LikeWe measure success by:
- CRM contribution to total venue revenue
- Subscriber growth and engagement
- Increased lifetime value and conversion rates
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms in hospitality or retail
- Tech-savviness, fluency in SQL, Excel, CRM, and analytics platforms
- A creative, customer-first mindset with a passion for performance marketing
- Highly organised, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator
