About Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales activities including demos, POCs, product configuration, and onboarding to drive streamlined processes and maximized efficiency.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers at every level, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic upselling and proactive problem-solving.
  • Create scalable processes, documentation, and best practices to streamline future customer onboarding, deployments, and support interactions.
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about MetalBear's platform to effectively advise customers and contribute significantly to product roadmap discussions based on customer insights.
  • Actively gather feedback and insights from customers, relaying key information back to internal teams to drive continuous product and process improvements.
