Are you passionate about people and ready to take the next step in your HR journey? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic People & Performance Business Partner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently started their career and wants to take their HR advisory, coaching, and change management to the next level while being supported by experienced professionals.

You'll work closely with our team and business leaders to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. If you're eager to learn, love working with people, have a commercial focus and want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and onboarding
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys
  • Help coordinate training and development programs with our L&D team
  • Provide first-level advice to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and compliance
  • Contribute to performance review processes and goal tracking
  • Get involved in exciting projects that support culture and organisational change

What You'll Bring

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or working towards one)
  • Experience in an HR advisory capacity
  • A basic understanding of the Fair Work Act and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Well developed influencing skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confidence working with people at all levels of the business
