We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketing professional to join our executive leadership team as the Executive Manager Marketing, Communication and Engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to deliver key initiatives, strategies, activities and standards across the Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement and Advocacy functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community engagement, with the ability to write strategic documents, reports, and correspondence, and discuss and present ideas with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will have a minimum of 8 years' demonstrated experience in a senior management leadership role with broad marketing and communications experience, including media, public relations, social media, brand management, communications (internal and external), advocacy and corporate affairs, community and stakeholder engagement, customer relationship and management systems.
About YouYou will be a highly experienced strategic marketing professional with a strong background in community engagement. You are comfortable with consultation, problem solving, addressing community issues on public projects and dealing with controversial issues. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
