Executive Learning and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our Learning and Development team as an Assistant Director. As a key member of our Recruitment and Staff Development Branch, you will play a critical role in shaping the Agency's learning and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate instructional design activities, evaluating effectiveness to support quality onboarding outcomes.
- Apply strong project management methodology and stakeholder management, resulting in accurate project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare and contribute to the preparation of strategic and evidence-based advice for Senior Executives.
- Research, critically analyze, and respond to complex enquiries.
