About the Role

A reputable organisation in renewable energy is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team due to expansion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in end-to-end payroll and strong knowledge in ADP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all aspects of payroll processing promptly and accurately on a fortnightly and monthly basis in a standalone position within the HR team.
  • Prepare all monthly and quarterly superannuation payments accurately and within the SGL deadline.
  • Process new employees and terminations promptly and accurately and ensure all steps are carried out in the onboarding and exit process.
  • Process reports for headcount, staff movements, annual and sick leave balances and other reports as required.
Requirements:
  • End to end payroll experience including payroll tax, superannuation, and work cover.
  • Experience using ADP software (mandatory).
  • Highly organised, deadline driven with high attention to detail.
