Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ministry Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and coordinating various ministry initiatives, including training programs, events, and volunteer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Plan and coordinate regular training programs for ministry leaders and volunteers.
  • Volunteer Management: Supervise and train Sunday School teachers and assist with the recruitment of new volunteers.
  • Community Engagement: Lead weekly women's bible study groups and visit and encourage women within the congregation.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee the purchase and distribution of equipment and supplies, and communicate the church's approved safety policy to all Children's Ministry members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Theology or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people of differing cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Korean language fluency required.
