Job Title: Ministry Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced pastoral worker to join our church ministry. This role reports directly to the Head Pastor and is responsible for building and leading our church ministry, both locally and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily activities and programs of the church.
  • Develop strategies and processes to care for the congregation as God grows the church.
  • Provide pastoral care and counseling to the congregation as needed.
  • Participate in water baptism and building an evangelism program to outreach people.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Ministry (Diploma of Ministry advantageous).
  • Proven ability to build and lead a team.
  • Support the Head Pastor in performing services, including worship, preaching, pastoral care, teaching, counseling, community outreach, funerals, and water baptisms.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and processes to offer the best pastoral care and discipleship.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Indonesian language.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • At least three years' experience working as a youth pastor.
