About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Christian faith, a heart for youth ministry, and excellent communication skills.

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with young people in schools, universities, and other institutions.
  • Distribute promotional materials to raise awareness about our community outreach programs.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with young people, share content, and promote events.
  • Organize and host events that align with our mission and outreach goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new visitors to ensure they feel welcomed and integrated into our community.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for youth ministry and outreach, with a heart for evangelism.
  • Experience in community engagement, outreach, or related fields (volunteer or professional).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build connections in person and online.
  • Social media proficiency, particularly in using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for outreach.
