Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kids Ministry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our children's ministry, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing engaging programs that promote the spiritual growth and development of our young people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum and lesson planning for kids' ministry programs
  • Volunteer engagement and rostering to ensure a strong support network
  • Delivering high-quality kids talks that inspire and educate

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across two sites on Sundays: Our Little Sheep outreach ministry at Watsons Bay at 9:30am and our Kids' Ministry at Vaucluse 10am and Watsons Bay at 4pm.

You will alternate between Watsons Bay and Vaucluse in the morning, week by week, allowing you to gain experience and build relationships with both teams.
