Assistant Minister Job Description

The role of the Assistant Minister is to provide support and assistance to the Minister in various duties, with a focus on training and overseeing youth and/or children's ministry.

  • Assist the Minister in various duties such as preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
  • Develop and implement training programs for youth and/or children, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructor development.

The ideal candidate will be a male of Christian character with demonstrated commitment to Christian values and ministry. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The church is a one service contemporary family church with a strong focus on outreach and community engagement. We are seeking someone who is passionate about building relationships with our community and sharing the gospel with those around us.
