We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Coordinator to join our founding team. Our brand new plastic surgery practice in Sydney is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding aesthetic results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all patient enquiries and appointments, both over the phone and in person.
  • Welcome patients and ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the practice.
  • Updold the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role within a specialist or private practice setting.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with patients, understand their needs, and communicate clearly.

Impeccable organisation with proficiency in managing appointments, patient records, and administrative tasks.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in medical practice software and general office applications.

Professional and discreet with an understanding of patient confidentiality.

Proactive and adaptable with the ability to take initiative and adapt to evolving needs.
