The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Perth team as an Energy Client Relationship Manager, responsible for fostering lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional value through trusted advice and tailored engagement plans.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated professional with proven experience in customer-facing roles, business development, and relationship management within the energy or SaaS sectors.

You will have the chance to develop and execute strategic client retention and growth initiatives, working closely with internal teams to drive engagement and expansion across your client remit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advocacy: Design and deliver bespoke engagement plans to help clients maximize value from Rystad Energy's databases and analytics.
  • End-to-End Customer Lifecycle Management: Deliver onboarding sessions, provide product training, and answer client queries in a timely manner.
  • User Adoption Strategies: Identify opportunities to improve user adoption rates, collaborating with the account team to implement relevant strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the account team to identify upsell opportunities and initiatives to grow the user base, maximizing contract renewals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit between clients and internal stakeholders, providing valuable feedback to enhance products and services.
  • Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of Rystad Energy's offerings and proactively identify areas for improvement to increase market share and penetration.
  • Support and Networking: Provide timely support to your book of accounts and participate in industry events to grow the Rystad Energy brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum three years of experience in relevant sectors (energy, finance, SaaS, or consulting)
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent written, oral, presentation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel based on business needs
  • Previous experience with large enterprise/global customers preferred
  • Passionate about developing close relationships with clients and enabling their long-term success
  • Strong focus on collaboration and teamwork across functions and regions
  • Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) highly desired

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered for this role.
