Energy Industry Client Solutions Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Perth team as a Client Success Manager (CSM) responsible for building lasting client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in customer success and/or business analysis, specifically within the Energy space, with expertise in the SaaS industry, strong commercial awareness, excellent networking skills, and the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and execute product-driven and segment-focused client retention and growth strategies, helping clients realize the full value of Rystad Energy's databases and analytics to achieve their business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver tailored engagement plans to help clients maximize value from Rystad products and services.
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding sessions, product training, and timely response to client queries.
- Track client usage rates and implement strategies to improve user adoption rates.
- Work closely with the account team to identify upsell opportunities and initiatives to grow the user base, maximizing contract renewals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote product and service feedback between clients and Rystad internal stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of Rystad Energy's products and services, identifying areas for improvement to increase market share and penetration.
- Provide timely support to the client portfolio and participate in industry and networking events to grow the Rystad Energy brand.
- Maintain accurate client data and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum three years of experience in relevant sectors such as Energy, Finance, SaaS, or Consulting.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong interest in client-facing roles, customer experience, and business relationships.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel based on business needs.
- Previous experience working with large enterprise or global customers is preferred.
- Passionate about developing close relationships with customers and enabling their long-term success.
- Proven knowledge of Energy markets is a key strength.
- Proven understanding of valuation models and economic analysis is highly desired.
- Experience working with databases, CRM platforms, and Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong focus on collaboration and teamwork across functions and regions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
