About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to oversee the management of the Commissioning function within our Engineering and Design functional support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Commissioning Team, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement commissioning strategies, policies, and plans, providing expert advice on electrical methods and procedures.
  • Oversee and supervise workshop and onsite commissioning works, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to define commissioning goals and guidelines, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Assist project staff in outlining commission responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Implement and update commissioning documentation, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in diverse operational aspects of project commissioning, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
  • Strong technical background in electrical systems and commissioning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing priorities and critical paths, ensuring workflow is maintained.
  • Strong understanding and application of ISO and OHSE standards.
  • Knowledge of project delivery requirements and commissioning best practices.
