Overview

Guest Service Agent role at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. This position is based on-site at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, about 20 minutes from Uluru. The role involves welcoming guests and delivering front office/service excellence as part of the Front Office Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guest journey.
  • Process all check-in and check-out.
  • Process hotel charges to guests\' accounts, ensuring bills are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and securely.

Note: Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
