Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

**_This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations._**

We are seeking an efficient and effective communicator with a passion for tourism and providing optimal guest experience to join our Travel Centre Team as **Guest Experience Specialist** This role will see you effectively managing and responding in a timely to online reviews, and post-stay surveys for all Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia products.

**Key duties**:

- Being the contact point for all guest feedback as well as share the feedback for resolution by the Ayers Rock Resort operational teams.
- Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
- Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- 4-5 years' experience in hotel front office, reservation or travel role
- Knowledge of Opera Reservations or Property Management System and/or other Hotel Front Office Systems
- Sound knowledge of hotels and resorts, their services, and facilities
