OverviewGuest Service Agent role at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia.
This position is based on-site at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, about 20 minutes from Uluru.
The role involves welcoming guests and delivering front office/service excellence as part of the Front Office Team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guest journey.Process all check-in and check-out.Process hotel charges to guests\' accounts, ensuring bills are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and securely.Note: Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.Benefits and GrowthThe role offers incentives such as discounted accommodation, competitive pay, resort discounts, on-shift meals, and a relocation assistance payment of up to $700.
